Assembly Technician - 2nd Shift

Assembly Technician – Mercury Marine We are seeking an Assembly Technician to support the production of high‑quality inboard and outboard marine engines. Responsibilities Use a variety of air and pneumatic tools to assemble components for marine engines, service parts, and assemblies. Set‑up, adjust, and/or changeover equipment with appropriate tools for the particular job. Maintain a clean and safe working area in accordance with SOPs, Work Rules, and Plant Safety Rules. Perform inspections common to the classification at required intervals. Take appropriate action when out of tolerance situations occur and notify appropriate individuals when further action must be taken. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve issues. Participate in training and cross‑training to support flexible workforce needs.
