Energy Vault
Energy Vault seeks a Senior Counsel with substantial project finance experience to lead financing for renewable energy, battery storage, and data center assets. The role requires managing multiple live transactions, negotiating with lenders and investors, and advising internal teams. Domestic and international travel up to 10% is expected.
