What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in a quota-driven, commission-based, or performance-focused role.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding individual sales goals.
• Solid employment history showing reliability, commitment, and a strong work ethic.
• Competitive, self-motivated personality with a genuine drive to succeed and earn.
• Experience prospecting, overcoming objections, following up, and closing sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polished presentation.
• Comfortable making 100–150 outbound calls daily.
• Willing and able to work full-time in our Spokane, WA office.

Candidates must be able to discuss their previous sales accomplishments, production results, and employment history.

Responsibilities

• Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to develop new business.
• Build relationships, identify customer needs, and recommend insurance solutions.
• Present quotes, overcome objections, and confidently close sales.
• Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects.
• Meet and exceed monthly production goals.
• Deliver exceptional service while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
