Role Description The Regional Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area, overseeing a portfolio of multi‑family housing properties. This role is responsible for leading property management teams, monitoring property performance, and ensuring consistent adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. Day‑to‑day tasks include reviewing occupancy and financial reports, implementing strategies to improve revenue and resident retention, and coordinating maintenance and capital improvement projects. The Regional Manager will regularly visit properties, coach and support on‑site leaders, handle escalated resident or operational issues, and collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting and long‑term planning. Qualifications Proven experience in regional or multi‑site property management within multi‑family housing. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience coaching and developing on‑site staff. Solid understanding of property operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and performance metrics. Knowledge of fair housing laws, local housing regulations, and compliance best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvement strategies across multiple properties. Comfort with frequent on‑site visits, field work, and coordination across the St. Louis Metropolitan Area. Proficiency with property management software (ResMan preferred) and basic office applications. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.
