Business Applications Analyst

This role works closely with other business analysts and operational subject matter experts. Collaborate with functional teams such as Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain, and Information Technology. Support Workday’s Core Financials application, including General Ledger and Accounting Center. Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to system functionality, providing timely and effective support to functional end users. Conducts routine system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance. Collaborates with Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, and other teams to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements. Requirements 2+ years of experience working in a Business or Applications Analyst role. Proficient knowledge of financial management, enterprise resource planning, human resource management, or timekeeping/scheduling systems. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience working with Workday ERP, UKG Workforce Pro, or Strata preferred. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Understanding of business and healthcare operations.
