We're hiring a new kind of attorney role at eMinutes — one that doesn't really exist at most law firms.

This person is the front door. Every new client engagement — formations, qualifications, restructurings, dissolutions, ongoing strategic questions — comes through them first. They listen carefully, diagnose what's actually needed, and design the plan. Then our team and our technology execute on it.

You will not spend your days drafting endless documents or chasing Secretary of State portals. We have a team and a system for that. Your job is to be the human at the start of every engagement — the lawyer who actually understands what the client wants and translates it into a clear plan.

This is a hybrid of corporate counsel and trusted client advisor. You'll lead client video calls, speak at industry events on behalf of the firm, and represent the firm to CPAs, business managers, and family offices serving some of the most well-known celebrities in the country.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead attorney on new client conversations across formations, qualifications, dissolutions, and complex entity matters
• Diagnose the client's actual need and design the scope of work
• Hand the engagement off to our team and technology with a clear plan
• Represent EMINUTES on client calls, at conferences, and at industry events
• Build trusted relationships with referring CPAs, business managers, and family offices
• Collaborate closely with our Business Development team and senior counsel
• Onboard by shadowing every team in the firm so you deeply understand how we work

EMINUTES ( is a technology-first law firm focused on forming and maintaining corporations and LLCs for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, and the CPAs and business managers who serve them. We manage tens of thousands of entities and have invested significantly in proprietary technology — including our Data Integrity Engine — to deliver an experience clients can't find anywhere else.

We operate on a flat-fee, recurring revenue model. There is no billable hour requirement. Performance is measured by quality, responsiveness, and client experience.

Position Details

• Hybrid role based out of our New York office at 1 Rockefeller Center
• Salary range: $175,000 – $200,000, commensurate with experience
• Must be admitted to the New York Bar
• Full benefits including medical, cell phone allowance, and pension plan

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of direct corporate transactional experience at a sophisticated law firm
• Strong foundation in entity formation, governance, and corporate maintenance
• Exceptional client presence — comfortable on video, in person, and in front of an audience
• Public speaking or on-camera experience strongly preferred
• Polished, warm, and personable — the kind of attorney clients trust on the first call
• Comfortable working in a systems-driven, technology-first environment
• Genuinely enjoys people and is energized by client interaction
