Technology Client Services Attorney

The client is seeking a Technology Client Services Attorney focused on AI and legal technology. This externally oriented role sits at the intersection of legal practice, client engagement, and emerging technology, supporting how innovation is communicated and adopted in service delivery. You will work closely with senior partners and clients to position AI and legal technology as a strategic differentiator. You will monitor and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, and translate insights into strategic recommendations for client impact. Partnering with senior attorneys, you will shape and deliver client-facing narratives around technology and innovation, and develop high-quality materials for presentations, pitches, RFP responses, and strategic engagements. You will also collaborate with business development and client engagement teams to support key relationships and growth initiatives, and create clear, compelling content that explains complex technical concepts in accessible, client-ready language. To be successful, you should be able to translate technical concepts into persuasive narratives and demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders and clients. The role typically fits professionals with experience operating in law firm or professional services environments and comfort navigating both legal and technology domains. A JD is preferred (or equivalent experience), along with relevant experience in legal, consulting, or client-facing innovation roles, including exposure to legal technology, AI, or digital transformation initiatives; the work will require organization, judgment, and close attention to detail.
