Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports the Elmington Living marketing team across social media, digital presence, reporting, and systems administration. This role serves as a key point of contact for the View email address on click.appcast.io inbox, ensures brand consistency across digital platforms, assists with lease-up and roll‑out materials, and supports data‑driven decision‑making through regional reporting and systems management. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage the View email address on click.appcast.io mailbox, triaging and distributing inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments in a timely manner Create and maintain Instagram and Facebook content and profiles for communities Manage Google Business Profile creation, updates, and ongoing monitoring for all communities Assist with linking ad agency and ILS (Internet Listing Service) platforms to community websites and Google Suite tools Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for marketing processes across teams Support monitoring and editing of the Elmington Living (EL) intranet Perform website edits, including updates to concessions, promotions, and photography Post content to LinkedIn on behalf of Elmington Living Assist with ordering and coordinating marketing materials for lease‑up properties Create simple marketing materials to support EL roll‑outs and new community launches Compile and prepare regular reporting to support regional marketing recommendations and strategy Participate in the implementation and ongoing management of marketing systems and platforms Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a marketing support role Strong written communication skills and attention to detail Familiarity with Google Business Profile, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and basic website content management systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams Experience with reporting tools and comfort working with data preferred Property management or multifamily housing industry experience a plus Join Us At Elmington Living, we're redefining what property management can look like — and we're looking for leaders ready to help us raise the bar.
