Guide the City's annual budget and multi-year financial planning efforts. Oversee audits, investments, debt administration, and major financial initiatives. Partner with executive leadership to develop innovative financial strategies. Lead technology improvements and modernize financial systems and processes. Mentor and develop an exceptional finance team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
