The Clinical Staff Pharmacist collaborates with patients, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective, and fiscally responsible patient-centered care. Clinical Pharmacist I interprets, reviews and processes medication orders, screens orders for appropriateness and intervenes as warranted. The Clinical Pharmacist I provides patients and providers with therapeutic assessments and selected disease management, for assigned clinical areas, working toward improving patient and practice outcomes. Estimated pay range for this position is $65.25 / hour depending on shift as applicable. Qualifications Degrees: Bachelors. Licenses & Certifications: Registered Pharmacist. Additional Qualifications Bachelor of Science required. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) preferred. Preferred Progressive pharmaceutical care experience (or) Pharmacy Practice Residency.
