Clearly communicates supervisor's instructions and production schedules to employees in accomplishing a variety of tasks, in meeting quality, accountability, security, productivity and safety requirements per BOP's, batch records, CGMP's, and Plant Procedures. Assists, trains and performs duties as required in meeting production requirements. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assure accurate and timely documentation/record keeping.
• Communicate issue or potential issues to supervisor.
• Provide customer service to meet production schedule needs
• Process order creation
• Process order allocation
• Process order release
• Preparation or verification of the Production batch record packet
• Manages and Updates the Master Index for the department
• Create and Maintain area BOP’s

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent listening, verbal, communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage conflict.
• Possess working knowledge of: company policies and procedures, FDA rules/regulations and ability to ensure they are followed.
• Proficient knowledge on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) / SAP / POMs.

• The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this roleat  the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on manyfactors  including  geographic location, and we may ultimately  pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be  modified in the future. ​

• This job is eligible to  participate in our short-term incentive programs.  ​
