This role is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable managing a caseload, communicating with clients, and handling day-to-day litigation responsibilities in a remote environment. Responsibilities Managing a caseload of construction defect and personal injury matters Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery Taking and defending depositions Attending hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences Communicating directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel Handling law and motion practice Preparing cases for trial as needed Skills Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar Experience in construction defect and/or personal injury litigation Ability to manage cases independently Strong writing and analytical skills Comfortable handling depositions and court appearances Organized and able to manage deadlines in a remote setting Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
