Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM EST (Must be available to work any assigned 8-hour shift within operating hours)

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and patient support
- Verify patient information accurately
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
- Assist patients with questions regarding prescription benefits
- Gather and review patient billing and medical information
- Operate in compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation and data entry records
- Minimum 1 year of recent call center experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet all required company KPIs
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Private, quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Ability to work scheduled shifts without interruptions
- High-speed wired internet connection required (mobile hotspots are not accepted)
- Work from the comfort of your home

- Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy practices a PLUS!
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Basic technical troubleshooting skills for common remote work issues
- High-Speed Internet with a wired connection is mandatory. (Mobile hotspots are not accepted)
- Adhere to all company required KPI's
- HS Diploma/Equivalent
- 1 year customer service experience
