Location - Syracuse, NY

Duration - 13 Weeks

Position Overview:
Seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the Emergency Department Float Pool. This role supports patient care across multiple emergency care settings and requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.
Required Qualifications

Current New York State CNA Certification
BLS Certification
Minimum 1 Year of Patient Care Experience
Successful Completion of Pre-Employment Health Clearance

Key Responsibilities

Obtain and record vital signs
Assist patients with toileting, bathing, feeding, and activities of daily living
Provide direct and indirect patient care under nursing supervision
Serve as a safety companion for patients identified as safety risks
Observe and report changes in patient condition
Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
Assist in creating a safe and supportive patient environment
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
