Customer Service Specialist

Customer Support Team Member We are seeking a Customer Support team member who is eager to dive in and develop their career, making a meaningful difference in the transportation industry. As a Customer Support team member, you will handle customer service inquiries via telephone, process transactions, and resolve service issues that customers encounter while on the road. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate effective listening skills, attention to detail, intense intellectual curiosity, an honest desire to help customers, along with a high sense of urgency and a great sense of compassion, as issues are happening on the road while customers are either driving or stopped on the road. Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries by providing high-quality responses Efficiently process transactions and track responses to ensure completion Enhance and strengthen relationships between our clients and customers by using strong communication skills, keen listening skills, and empathy Efficiently access and navigate systems to provide a complete and integrated response to the customer's inquiry Perform responsibilities in a consistent, professional manner while exercising strong verbal, interpersonal and high-quality service skills Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office Customer service experience required Call center experience is required Must be flexible with overtime; shifts may occasionally change based on business needs.
