Customer Service Support Representative Responsibilities Include:

• Obtains sales orders from customers via phone and/or email
• Provides knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability via phone and/or email correspondence
• Works with internal departments to resolve customers' issues (warranties, back orders, etc.)
• Generates pick tickets for orders to the warehouse
• Performs/assists in assorted warehouse duties including shipping and receiving, order check-in and verifications, cycle counts, etc.

Successful Customer Service Support Representative Candidates Will Have:

• Professional communication style (both written and verbal)
• Customer service focus
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
• Organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Automotive parts or heavy-duty truck parts knowledge, beneficial but not required. Preferred

• The role is a physically active role
• Will be required to lift, pick, pull, and stock heavy duty truck parts that might be in excess of 5 40 lbs with lift assist devices
• Will be required to stand for long periods of time on a variety of surfaces
• Will frequently be required to: walking, bending, sitting, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing and climbing
• Will frequently use a computer in the course of completing daily activities
