Empowering Direct Support Specialist

SOAR365 is hiring a part-time team member to join our compassionate team serving individuals with disabilities in the Greater Richmond area. You will help develop engaging activities, support daily living tasks, and document progress in our records system. You will report to the Respite Supervisor and contribute to a safe, therapeutic environment while communicating with staff, participants, and families.
