Job Description


Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Should have lead Infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, and system integrations across multiple organizations
• Developed project plans, upgrade schedules, milestones, and dependencies
• Ensured compliance with security, legal, and regulatory requirements
• Produced and presented Infrastructure Metrices
• Drove adoption, governance, and best practices across the organization
• Identified and resolved operational, security, and compliance risks
• Ensured data privacy, retention policies, and audit readiness
• Data center modernization activities
• Handled Cloud migrations (Azure/AWS)
• On-time infrastructure delivery
• Handled Network or Infrastructure upgrades
• Disaster recovery & backup implementation
• Participated in cost optimization in infrastructure deliveries
• Projects Agile / Waterfall delivery
• Good to have: Experience in Docusign enterprise rollout & governance programs

Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end infrastructure and enterprise platform projects
• Manage Infrastructure upgrades , Patches, Decommissions and New deployments
• Manage Docusign onboardings for Docusign customers ( Requirement analysis to deployments to end user support
• Lead Infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, and system integrations across multiple organizations
• Develop project plans, upgrade schedules, milestones, and dependencies
• Maintain compliance with security, legal, and regulatory requirements
• Produce and present project Milestones and Infrastructure Metrices
• Drive adoption, governance, and best practices across the organization
• Identify and resolve operational, security, and compliance risks
• Application modernization activities
• Handle Cloud migrations (Azure/AWS)
• On-time infrastructure delivery
• Disaster recovery & backup implementation
• Participate in cost optimization in infrastructure deliveries
• Adhere to Projects Agile / Waterfall delivery
• Docusign enterprise analyst responsibilities that include requirement gathering to onboard Docusign customers and assist till end to end onboarding.
• Collaboration with compliance, IT security, and business stakeholders
