Now Hiring: Residential Renovation Sales Agent – Pennsylvania
Philly Construction MGMT is hiring a Residential Renovation Sales Agent to help homeowners move forward with remodeling and home improvement projects.
We are looking for someone who is:
Strong in sales and customer communication
Knowledge of residential renovation or construction.
Comfortable meeting homeowners in person
Organized with follow-up and CRM management
Able to close renovation projects confidently
Equipped with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience in sales, in-home sales, home improvement sales, remodeling sales, or construction sales preferred.
Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
Responsibilities include:
Meeting with leads
Preparing estimates and proposals
Following up with prospects
Closing residential renovation projects
Working closely with our team to deliver a great customer experience
Compensation: Base + commission + Bonuses for self-generated business
Benefits: PTO, paid training, mileage reimbursement.
