Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: Zephyrhills, FL Type: Direct Hire Hours: 40.0 Responsibilities Provide general administrative and office support Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with scheduling Maintain organized electronic and physical records Assist with accounts receivable and invoice processing Enter financial data and maintain records in QuickBooks Process customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices Perform account reconciliations and assist with balancing financial records Support basic bookkeeping functions including expense tracking and data entry Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams Assist with additional office and accounting duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred 1+ years of administrative, bookkeeping, or accounting experience Basic understanding of accounting principles, accounts receivable, and reconciliations Experience with QuickBooks preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Strong communication and customer service skills Experience with invoice entry, payment processing, and reconciliations Familiarity with bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
