Socket is hiring its first People Partner dedicated to our Technology teams. You’ll influence org design, coaching leaders, and shaping compensation, leveling, and onboarding as we scale. You’ll partner with People Ops, Legal, and Finance to build practical processes, surface risks with data, and move from discussion to decisions.
