Registered Nurse, Med-Surg Float Pool

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority, doing business as Atrium Health, is seeking a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse for its Med-Surg Float Pool in Charlotte, NC. Provide compassionate, patient-first care across assigned medical-surgical units, assessing patient needs, administering medications and treatments, documenting care, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. Adapt to changing unit assignments while maintaining safe, evidence-based nursing practice. An active RN license and current BLS certification are required; prior Med-Surg experience is preferred.
