Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical Float Pool

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority, doing business as Atrium Health, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for its Medical-Surgical Float Pool in Charlotte, NC. In this day-shift role, you will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care across medical-surgical units, adapting to changing patient and unit needs. Responsibilities include assessing patients, administering medications and treatments, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, documenting accurately, and supporting safe transitions. An active RN license and BLS certification are required. Medical-surgical experience and flexibility in a fast-paced acute-care environment are preferred.
