Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapis t to join our healthcare team, committed to providing exceptional patient care across diverse settings. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of physiotherapy principles, anatomy, and physiology, enabling them to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and range of motion, utilizing medical terminology and anatomy knowledge.
  
• Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and orthopedics interventions.

Required Qualifications:

• FL State PT License
  
• BLS (AHA) Certification

Note:
1-Home Care Setting:
Skilled Home Health visits
Patients covered under Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Commercial Insurance

2-Daily Productivity:
6–8 skilled home visits per day
Minimum of 6 productivity points per day (may increase to 7 points at the manager's discretion)

3-Equipment Provided:
Laptop
MiFi device for internet access
Portable printer
