Assistant Manager of Operations Join our team as an Assistant Manager of Operations, where you will play a key role in leading restaurant managers and team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing guest counts, driving sales, and fostering meaningful growth. Responsibilities Managing day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction. Supervising and supporting 3-6 managers and all front‑of‑house (FOH) and back‑of‑house (BOH) hourly team members. Ensuring adherence to brand standards and TGI Friday's guiding principles. Identifying sales‑driving opportunities through local and national marketing strategies. Helping to determine staffing needs and developing high‑potential team members for future openings. As part of your role, you will: Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development to team members. Evaluate performance consistently, holding the team accountable for results. Create a safe and welcoming environment for all team members and guests. Handle guest service complaints with care to turn negative experiences into positive ones. Complete all financial and payroll‑related administrative tasks accurately and on time. Additional Responsibilities Make critical decisions related to hiring, terminations, and managing employee relations. Collaborate with the Director of Operations to create budgets and sales projections. Success Metrics Your success will be measured by guest satisfaction, revenue growth, cost control, staffing levels, and team member development. Qualifications A 4‑year college degree is preferred. At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management, with knowledge of TGI Friday's recipes and standards. Proficiency with P.O.S. systems and back‑office operations.
