Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Manage medication plans and monitor patient adherence and treatment outcomes, adjusting prescriptions as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic results.
• Work collaboratively with primary care providers and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, offering immediate assistance during emotional distress and guiding patients toward additional resources as necessary.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives focused on mental health awareness, advocating for the importance of mental health services in achieving overall well-being.
• Deliver therapeutic services, including counseling and psychoeducation, to clients and families to enhance coping strategies and promote resilience.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation reflects the highest standards of care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 200,000 to 250,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
