Sales Representative - Treasure Coast, FL - Interventional Spine (Pain)

Field-based sales role for Interventional Spine products across the Treasure Coast, Florida region. The position involves managing a territory, supporting clinical procedures, and partnering with physicians, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers to promote spine and pain management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Interventional Spine products within assigned geographic territory to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and clinical staff for account growth
• Provide on-site support during product evaluations and clinical procedures in operating rooms and procedure suites
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic considerations for purchasing decisions
• Identify new business opportunities and develop territory plans to increase market penetration and account growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device or healthcare
• Ability to provide in-person clinical support during product evaluations and procedures
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds in clinical settings
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout assigned territory
• Preferred: medical device, spine, orthopedic, or interventional pain management sales experience
• Preferred: experience with hospital systems, ambulatory surgery centers, or procedural accounts

Compensation: 100% commission eligible for draw, bonuses, and benefits
