Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate financial accounting data, supporting monthly close activities, and assisting with accounts payable functions. Location: Allison Park, PA Job Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: On-Site Salary: DOE Responsibilities Work closely with department heads to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting activities. Assist with the preparation and distribution of financial statements. Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with the monthly close schedule. Perform accounts payable activities for multiple clients. Review financial data and supporting documentation for accuracy. Assist the accounting team with various reporting and administrative tasks as needed. Maintain organized and accurate accounting records. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 0-2 years of accounting experience; internships or relevant academic experience are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Compensation Based on experience and qualifications.
