HIV Nutrition Case Manager - Food & Care Services
AIDS Healthcare Foundation
The Ryan White Non-Medical Case Manager (Nutrition Specialist) at AIDS Healthcare Foundation will coordinate nutrition services for people living with HIV under the Ryan White Program. You will support client intake, verify eligibility, schedule and distribute meals and groceries, and document all service contacts in accordance with program requirements. You will help with food pantry operations, validate dietary needs and safety regulations, and communicate any concerns to the program manager #J-18808-Ljbffr AIDS Healthcare Foundation
