What to Expect We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to support Tesla’s Internship hiring efforts. Areas you may be responsible for include teams under our Vehicle Engineering Department. Client management will exist at the manager and senior manager level. There will be opportunities to contribute to the development of our campus brand and how we share the story. You will participate and lead workshops as part of our program’s learning roadmap curriculum. You will partner with the leadership to identify how we leverage and obtain resources for a next level program. We are seeking a creative thinker who takes a non‑traditional approach to identifying excellent talent and has a deep‑seeded passion for Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills, be self‑motivated, hold themselves accountable, have a willingness and drive to manage a demanding workload, strong presentation skills, and experience working successfully in a team environment. Comfortable communicating with all levels of stakeholder.
