Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented Hospitality Aide to support dining services in our personal care community. This position focuses on creating a welcoming dining experience for residents through proper meal setup, service, and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up dining room prior to meals (tables, place settings, beverages, condiments) - Assist with meal service and ensure residents are served promptly

- Provide courteous, resident-centered service during mealtimes

- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas before, during, and after meals

- Assist with beverage and snack preparation as needed

- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines

- Support dishwashing and kitchen clean-up

- Work collaboratively with dietary and personal care team members

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Previous hospitality, food service, or healthcare experience a plus

- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude

- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to interact respectfully with elderly residents
