Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) - Paramus, NJ $45/Hour | 1:1 Home Care Nursing | Consistent Schedule Affirmed Home Care is seeking a bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dedicated 1:1 pediatric nursing care for an 11-year-old Spanish-speaking client in Paramus, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys building meaningful relationships with pediatric clients and families while providing hands-on, individualized nursing care in the home. Care: 1:1 Home Care Nursing Spanish-speaking/bilingual RN required Weekdays Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Weekends Saturday-Sunday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM As the RN on this case, you will provide hands-on nursing care while working closely with the child's family and the pediatric clinical team. Responsibilities: Provide safe, compassionate 1:1 pediatric nursing care Monitor the child's condition and recognize changes in status Follow the individualized plan of care Maintain accurate nursing documentation Promote the child's safety, comfort, and overall well-being Qualifications: Current New Jersey RN License Preferred 1 year pediatric experience (home care or acute care) Spanish-speaking/bilingual required Compassionate and dependable approach to pediatric care Required Health & Compliance Documentation Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption
