Community Justice Case Manager (LEAD) - Outreach & Housing

Evergreen Treatment Services & REACH

Evergreen Treatment Services (ETS) and REACH invite applications for a Case Manager – LEAD position on the REACH team in East Seattle/Capitol Hill. This on-site role supports ETS’ mission by engaging individuals suspected of low-level offenses with intensive case management and connection to housing, health care, and social services. The full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with a caseload of about 25–30 participants and collaboration with LEAD partners to promote community health #J-18808-Ljbffr Evergreen Treatment Services & REACH
