$32.00/hour
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM–2:30 AM
⏰ Overtime on Fridays
✅ Direct Hire
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor who is a strong, hands-on leader and isn't afraid to jump in and work alongside the team. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, and able to keep employees productive, safe, and on task.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience
Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude
Forklift experience/certification
Hands-on leadership style and willing to help wherever needed
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to assign work, provide direction, and maintain productivity
Excellent communication and people skills
Safety-focused and able to lead by example
Must be comfortable working 2nd shift and Friday overtime as needed
