A contract position is available for a Staff Pharmacist specializing in hospital inpatient care. This role focuses on delivering expert pharmacy services within a hospital setting, managing medication therapies, and collaborating closely with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense inpatient medications and ensure proper documentation
• Review and verify prescriptions for appropriateness and potential drug interactions

• Provide clinical drug information and education to healthcare staff and patients

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
