Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage directly with clients through both individual and couple sessions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and goals of clients.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each family's unique circumstances.

• Facilitating discussions in family settings to address conflicts among family members, job-related stress, and issues surrounding separation or divorce.

• Utilizing teletherapy to reach clients effectively and conveniently.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care and support.

• Maintaining detailed and confidential records of therapies and progress for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve couples and family units dealing with a variety of challenges, including:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Illinois.
