You will provide care to patients with various diagnoses, including dementia, diabetes, COVID-19, pneumonia, COPD, and sepsis. The nurse-to-patient ratio is between 1:5-6. You will need to manage medications, monitor telemetry, and respond to rapid response situations. Floating within the facility is required based on needs. Report to work during catastrophic events or disasters as required. You must adhere to RTO policies, with a maximum approval of 7 days. Weekend shifts will also be required, with an expectation of 12-16 shifts per contract. You will be supported by interdisciplinary teams, including IV teams, respiratory services, and pharmacy.
