Assistant Project Manager Express Employment Professionals | Hiring for a Local Client Pay: $20.00/hour Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Project Manager for a local client. This is a full-time, office-based position that offers the opportunity to work closely with project managers and field supervisors to help keep construction projects on schedule and within budget. Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Assist with managing and prioritizing daily, weekly, and monthly project tasks Support project managers and foremen with project coordination and communication Help monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project completion Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping functions Maintain and track inventory levels Prepare and organize project documentation Provide administrative support for ongoing construction projects Utilize software programs to maintain records and reports Qualifications: Experience with basic accounting or bookkeeping Inventory management experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with project managers and field teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and Adobe Acrobat Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Work Environment: Primarily office and desk work Occasional light industrial or construction-related support activities #J-18808-Ljbffr
