What You’ll Do as an Activities Assistant

Make every day meaningful for residents through fun, engaging, and enriching experiences:

• Plan and lead creative activities, games, music, and social programs
• Build genuine relationships with residents and families
• Encourage participation and help residents stay active, connected, and fulfilled
• Support our 6-Dimensional Engagement Program , focused on physical, social, emotional, and cognitive wellness
• Help create a warm, positive environment where residents thrive
• Drive residents to outings and events as needed

This is a great role for someone who enjoys being active, social, and creative at work .

What Makes You a Great Fit

We welcome applicants with experience in:

• Activities or recreation programs
• Teaching or childcare
• Event planning or hospitality
• Caregiving or healthcare support roles
• Customer service or community engagement roles

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Passion for working with seniors
• Creativity and energy to lead engaging activities

Experience working with seniors is preferred but not required — we will train the right person!
