- Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
- Consistently follow all health and safety regulations. Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sushi chef, demonstrating expertise in Japanese cuisine.
- Proficient knife skills and the ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team.
