Recruiter – Temp-to-Perm

Location: 100% Remote

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join a growing team. This is a 100% remote, temp-to-perm opportunity created due to continued business growth.

The ideal candidate is a strong full-cycle recruiter who is proactive, organized, and comfortable independently managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who knows how to identify strong talent, build candidate pipelines, communicate professionally with candidates and hiring managers, and keep the recruiting process moving from initial sourcing through offer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels
• Conduct candidate screens and evaluate experience, qualifications, and overall fit
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates
• Coordinate and manage candidates throughout the interview process
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Present qualified candidates to hiring teams and provide recommendations
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate information within the ATS
• Assist with offer coordination and pre-employment processes
• Manage multiple open requisitions, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process

Requirements:

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify qualified candidates for a variety of positions
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and assessing qualifications
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Strong sense of urgency while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Professional and positive approach when communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Ability to learn quickly and operate with minimal supervision
• Available to start ASAP
