A well-known tech client is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to play a critical role in supporting our growing team. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple moving pieces, and takes pride in delivering a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams alike. Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, you'll partner closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and cross-functional teams to manage interview scheduling, coordinate candidate logistics, support onboarding activities, and help drive process improvements across the recruiting function. What You'll Do: Coordinate the full candidate lifecycle, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, onboarding activities, and new hire orientation support. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and delivering an exceptional recruitment experience. Manage interview and travel logistics, coordinate onsite interviews, facilitate office tours, and troubleshoot last‑minute scheduling changes. Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure smooth interview execution, collect feedback, track candidate progress, and communicate next steps. What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative, recruiting coordination, or high‑volume scheduling role. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy in a fast‑paced environment. Strong customer service mindset and commitment to providing a candidate‑first experience. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Experience with ATS platforms preferred; Greenhouse, Microsoft Outlook, and Slack experience are highly desirable. Bachelor's degree highly preferred. Interest in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Operations as a long‑term career path. Long term temp role with the potential for hire.
