About the role

• You will own the solution and the commercial shape of Client deals. Working alongside Account Executives, you will run discovery with prospects, translate what you learn into a scoped and priced proposal, facilitate governance, and bring the technical and commercial credibility that gets it signed. You sit on the Solutions Team at the intersection of sales, delivery, and product and you are the person who determines what we actually propose.
• You will not carry a quota. You are measured on the bookings you help win and on the margin quality of what you scope. That means you are expected to push back when a deal is shaped wrong, not simply build what sales asks for.

What you'll do

• Run solution discovery. Lead working sessions with prospects to surface real requirements, constraints, and decision criteria and to test honestly whether we are the right fit.
• Shape and scope proposals. Select the right solution components, size the effort, and apply Client's pricing and governance standards.
• Define and defend our commercial offerings. Tailor to a prospect's situation without eroding what makes an offering repeatable and profitable.
• Present and persuade. Build and deliver presentations, live demonstrations of Client automation, and RFP orals for both technical and executive audiences.
• Partner with Account Executives through qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and clean handoff to delivery.
• Work the paper. Contribute to RFP responses and collaborate with legal and delivery on MSAs, SOWs, and orders.
• Close the loop with product. You will see competitive pressure and unmet needs before anyone else bring it back and influence what we build.
• Represent Client externally at industry conferences and, if you are inclined, through writing and speaking.
• Stay ahead of AI in this market. It is moving quickly, and we expect you to have informed opinions about where it is going.

Requirements

What we're looking for

Must have

• Demonstrated presales or solution consulting experience in enterprise software or services. You can walk us through a specific complex deal you shaped from discovery through signature and what you personally changed about the outcome.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English, including the ability to present to executive audiences in both, supporting our Latin America business.
• The ability to hold a technical conversation with an architect and a commercial one with a CFO, often in the same meeting.
• Fluency with the commercial mechanics of enterprise deals: RFPs, pricing models, scoping and estimation, SOWs and MSAs.
• Comfort with ambiguity and complexity. You can take a messy customer situation and produce a clear, defensible recommendation.

Strongly preferred

• SAP experience particularly ABAP custom development, S/4HANA migrations and upgrades, and full-lifecycle project delivery. If you do not have it, be prepared to tell us how you will get there quickly. We will invest in your ramp, but the ramp is real.
• A delivery background solution architect, technical lead, or engagement/project manager that gives you credibility when you commit to a plan.
• Experience in application modernization, developer tooling, code transformation, or adjacent technical domains.
• Knowledge of additional Western European languages (FR, NL, IT) would be an advantage
• Current, hands-on experience applying AI to real work with a point of view on what it does and does not do well.

How you'll work

• Remote, United States-based.
• Occasional travel for customer proposal presentations and RFP orals, internal sales and solutioning meetings, and industry conferences.
• Compensation includes a variable component tied to company bookings and margin performance. No individual quota.
