As a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group, you will collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on a wide range of employment matters, both transactional and litigation-based, representing employers across various industries. Key Responsibilities Handle a variety of labor and employment matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour claims Draft and review employment agreements, policies, handbooks, and separation agreements Conduct legal research and analysis on evolving employment laws and regulations Represent clients in administrative proceedings, mediations, and hearings Assist with litigation including pleadings, discovery, motions, and depositions Provide day-to-day employment counsel to employer clients Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure seamless workflow Stay current on changes in California and federal employment law Qualifications 2+ years of labor & employment experience at a law firm Active

California Bar admission
