Job Opportunity:  Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Bellevue, Washington (On-site)

Job Type:  Full -Time (30+ hours per week)

Pay Range: $20/hour

Start Date:  October 2026

Your Role

As a Front Desk Receptionist at Think Academy, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Bellevue campuses and serve as a key point of contact for students, parents, teachers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front desk support and respond to general inquiries
• Assist with student arrival, dismissal, and classroom transitions
• Provide classroom and administrative support to teachers and staff
• Help maintain an organized and welcoming campus environment
• Support daily campus operations and events as needed

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
• Responsible, reliable, and organized
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and basic office equipment
• Able to lift 25+ lbs (11+ kg)
• Previous experience in customer service, education, administration, or a front desk role is preferred

• Working Schedule: Tue - Fri: 15:00 - 19:00; Sat & Sun: 9:00 - 18:00
