Executive Chef

The Halyard Restaurant Group, is searching for an Executive Chef to lead a team of loyal, hard-working, loyal crew members with daily services at our 19 year old Italian style restaurant. Tramici serves lunch 5 days a week and dinner daily.

Responsibilities include:

Hiring and Training of Staff

Maintenance and Organization of Recipes

Maintaining Standards of Work and Job Duties

Maintaining Standards of Quality, Organization, and Cleanliness

Maintaining Standards of Positive, Happy Work Environment

Production of Menu Items and Daily Special

Organization and Production of Some Off Premise Catering

Qualifications

• Strong organization
• Experience with large staff and multiple service periods
• Inventory management experience
• Food service management skills
• Strong background in kitchen management
• Proficiency in budgeting
• Cooking Italian food experience preferred
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively

Compensation

• Competitive Pay
• Profit Sharing Plan with ability to earn up to an additional $20k.
