Job Description

PrideStaff is assisting two companies in Palm Beach County with HR positions, both requiring fluency in English and Spanish. One is a luxurious hotel pursuing a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator , and the other is a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist at a growing manufacturing company specializing in animal health product development.

HR Coordinator - $27/hr.

This role facilitates all daily HR functions, responds to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests, and provides administrative assistance. Key responsibilities include assisting with maintaining employee records, onboarding, benefits, uniforms, and training. This is a temporary-to-permanent position.

Talent Acquisition Specialist - $70K+, DOE - HYBRID Schedule

This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting and employee experience within a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience managing full-cycle hiring, active candidate sourcing and ATS tracking, in addition to facilitating onboarding activities, assisting with compensation benchmarking and driving employee engagement.

In addition to fluency in English and Spanish, both positions require solid, proven experience in HR, proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.
