Customer Service Representative

The primary responsibility of this position is to support the daily operations of the dealership as well as close service repair orders, collect payments, and ensure customer service satisfaction. Fundamental responsibilities include answering and routing incoming phone calls, assisting the sales team, greeting customers, representing the dealership in a friendly and professional manner, closing completed repair orders, checking the accuracy of repair orders, preparing billing information, maintaining filing systems, reconciling funds collected, assisting parts department as needed, and enforcing safety precautions specific to the work area. Other responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED equivalent, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, resourcefulness, dependability, willingness to continue professional development, and strong PC skills. Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, using hands to feel, reach with hands and arms, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling or crouching, lifting up to 25 pounds, and specific vision abilities. The work environment is usually moderate in noise level and involves standard office equipment. Travel for this position is infrequent.
