Cold Caller/Business Development Representative

$20 - $25 per hour

Pollack Badawi Group (PBG) is a boutique legal recruiting and attorney search based in Washington, DC. We are looking for a highly motivated and personable Cold Caller/Business Development Representative to help expand our network of legal talent and employer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and creating opportunities through proactive outreach. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and comfortable initiating conversations with attorneys and legal professionals. This individual will play a key role in generating leads, strengthening our brand presence, and supporting the growth of our recruiting business. Key Responsibilities Conduct high volume of outbound calls to prospective candidates and clients. Build and maintain professional relationships with attorneys and legal industry professionals. Generate and qualify leads for the recruiting team. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and follow-up communications. Assist with marketing and business development initiatives. Coordinate follow-up communications and schedule meetings for recruiters. Represent the firm with professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and excellent customer service. Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities and support ongoing searches. Qualifications Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, marketing, or business development is preferred. Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and general business technology is a plus. What We're Looking For A natural relationship builder who enjoys engaging with people, especially by phone. Someone who is confident, professional, and persistent without being pushy. A team player who can manage multiple priorities and stay organized. An individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Compensation Hourly, independent contractor - $20-$25 an hour with bonus potential Location Washington, DC area preferred, though remote and hybrid arrangements may be considered for exceptional candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
