Business Banking Support Specialist The Business Banking Support Specialist is a customer service and support role that works directly with customer accounts, inquiries, and items related to client satisfaction. Working under the direction of Business Banking Relationship Managers and Analysts, the specialist supports sales teams in executing the One Bank strategy, grows market share, and retains and deepens client relationships by providing an exceptional, timely, and professional experience. The role proactively identifies potential problems and compliance issues, maximizes client satisfaction, encourages relationship expansion, and identifies products and services that meet clients’ unmet needs. Primary responsibility includes ensuring timely and accurate compliance with procedural, policy, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; Typically seven or more years of job‑related experience. Preferred Skills & Experience: Considerable knowledge of departmental and bank products and services; Proven customer service and problem resolution skills; Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications; Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Schedule The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule: an in‑office expectation of three or more days per week, with flexibility to work outside the office on other days.
